Be it to see it

We have to Be it to See it. It took me a long time to understand this concept. Everything we see is a reflection of who we are inside, whether it be a fear or hope of something in the present, past or future. We can only see the things in others that we see in our selves. And others can only see a reflection of themselves in us. I am not saying that if you see something bad in someone that you are bad, it simply means you spotted it because something like that has made an impression on your life somewhere.

If you notice something beautiful in someone, it is because that beauty is inside of you somewhere. It may be in a different form, but you have seen it.  Or you wouldn’t have seen it in them. Tell them.

If you see potential in someone the same potential lies in you, maybe you accepted it and used it and that is why you see it in them. Tell them.

If you see something broken inside of someone, you must have that same crack, or maybe a healed over the scar that you have been brave enough to heal, Either way, tell them, in love and care of course. Maybe you can heal it together, or you can help them heal it as you did. Maybe it is something meant to bring your two amazing souls together. Tell them. Reach out and connect with any and all that you feel connected to in some way.

If you are feeling something that means there is an action that is needing to be taken. Feelings are prompts.

On the flip side, if you see something in someone you envy or feel jealous of, that means that that quality about them is something you are craving to achieve. Change all thoughts of jealousy or envy into appreciation. If someone has a rocking body, appreciate them for being brave, and pushing through day after day for YEARS and doing the work it took to get it. People don’t wake up like that, they WORK for it. And BECAUSE they did, it showed us that it is achievable to us as well. By them pushing through their boundaries, they gave us permission to be brave enough to do the same. Thank them. Don’t hate them for something that they fought so hard for.

If someone is in what seems to be the perfect relationship and you seem to be the third wheel, appreciate them, know that your perfect someone is out there and thank them for showing you that a great relationship is possible. If you see someone with wonderful well behaved children and yours is streaking through Walmart. Thank them both. Those kids remind you that there is hope, and your kid reminds you that there is freedom. Love them all for where they are. You just never know where people are in life. Love them how they are, and that teaches others to love you how you are.

We are all a beautiful work in progress!

Exercise, I feel, is one of the biggest life lesson givers that there is. It teaches us to do one more than we think we can, to go above and beyond what we did yesterday. It teaches us that resistance makes us stronger, how to push boundaries, how to be brave, how to not give up, how to get in there even when we don’t feel like it and do it anyway because we KNOW we are worth it. Exercise teaches self-discipline, and self-love and helps us find our inner strength! It is a proven fact that people who work out are more successful than those who don’t. It’s because of the lessons learned, the boundaries pushed, more than the muscles themselves. Exercise is a gift to our bodies and it shows up in every other area of our life. Exercise is MASSIVE in finding our flow. MASSIVE! Find the exercise that you love. Don’t bother with stuff you hate! It’s not your thing right now, it may be later, but right now find stuff that is fun. My favorite kind of exercise is the kind where it doesn’t feel like it. It’s the hiking wild places or playing basketball with friends and family or tennis which I’m terrible at however the laughter does make for a great ab workout! ha! Find what works for you. Get more active in whatever way you need. Yoga is a favorite of mine as well, the flow and stretching of my body do amazing things to my mind! I also love to dance. I used to be good at it as well, now it’s more of another source of laughter, or maybe to connect to my inner beauty.  I challenge you to find a way to dance today turn on some tunes and get into the flow. Dance in your car, dance in the shower, dance while you’re brushing your teeth. Walk with a beat, find your theme song and play it every morning when you wake up, make it your alarm. And

We stand a little taller, walk a little prouder, smile a lot more because we did something good for ourselves today. Exercise doesn’t have to be torture! Just find the exercise that you love. Don’t even bother with stuff you hate! It’s not your thing right now, it may be later, but right now find stuff that is fun.

My favorite kind of exercise is playing, you know, the kind where it doesn’t feel like exercise, the kind where you smile ear to ear and never stop laughing. That is my favorite! Exercising my soul, my emotions, my heart and my body all at the same time.  It’s the hilarious game of basketball with friends and family or tennis which I’m terrible at, a game of dodgeball or trampoline wrestling. However, I can find laughter I will do it! It does make for a great ab workout when you’re bad at sports! ha! If I’m needing a workout for my soul I will hike to wild and beautiful places, something about nature makes us all so peaceful.   Find what works for you. Get more active in whatever way you need. Explore who you are through dance.  Every day this week wake up ridiculously dancing and decide if it starts your day off better and keeps the habit going if it does! If it doesn’t, then I think you need a different song. Find your power song. Feeling brave? Post your dances online. The sillier the better. We all need to get silly, somehow as a society, we forgot to be silly! GO GET SILLY and inspire others to do the same!!!! Be the carefree person that everyone envies.  Go Be the best form of you there is out there! <3

Hello beautiful souls. I'm Angielee, creator of BetterMeTribe. I'm a heart-first adventuring healer of souls. My calling is to heal the soul of the world by healing and filling one heart's cup at a time. I will teach you how to heal, fill, and overflow your own love's cup into the world, starting with the love cup inside of you. Healing and filling every area of your life so that you can overflow love into, onto, and all over others. A better world begins inside of each of us. And that is where BetterMeTribe Begins. I have had the privilege of unlocking and unblocking hearts, healing, and filling souls with the overflow method on stages big and small, in over 13 different countries on three different continents and 58 worldwide humanitarian aid mission trips. I have written eight books, three children's books that are launching soon, and this inspirational blog with over 900 heart healing posts with 50k Tribe members. I have been coaching teens and adults, one-on-one, families, groups, hosting, and speaking at events for over 20 years. But my life wasn't always like this. Through terrible traumas and a childhood that would make Stephen King have nightmares, I had to go through massive amounts of healing, forgiveness, and transformation myself. Overcoming those wounds has helped me to be able to be the best resource possible for helping others heal and use my own experiences and the experiences of many others to help as many as possible. There isn't much that someone can share with me that I have not been through, or helped someone else through. Being a natural problem solver and a deep empath, I find and pull out your strengths to become your best self. I teach you how to flow and grow through things so that you can become the beautiful being of overflow that you too were meant to be. Rising from the ashes and turning your life of pain into a life of beauty. I show people how to be love in all situations, to themselves, to others, and ultimately to the world, how to love the unlovely, even, and especially when that unlovely is us. I teach fun tools and tricks to help fill life's cup so that you are able to help others in a much bigger way than you ever thought imaginable. We can't help the sick, broken, or poor by being one of them. It is time to stop trying to serve from an empty cup running on empty fumes and overflow your own magical goodness into the world in a way that only you can. The world needs you. You need you. I need you. You are worthy of so much more than you even know, and I am here to help bring out that best self in you: transforming your life, healing one hole in your heart's cup at a time. Whatever your goal or obstacle is, I will help you flow like water through it, over it, or around it to help your soul become the majestic ocean, it is meant to be. Open your heart and allow me to pour into you, to teach you methods to keep your cup full so that you can start pouring better things into others. This is what Overflowing is all about. Allow me to overflow my love into you. Start with the search bar, search for the thing you need the most, and read those posts. Take the actions inside of them and apply them to your life. If you would like someone on one time with me, to talk deep heart to heart stuff, shoot me an email at angie@bettermetribe.com, and let's have a talk. I'm here for you. Your heart matters to me and I am here to heal it.
