Do vs. Done

So often, we get caught up in our ambition that we forget to rest and enjoy both the steps we take and the things we have and have accomplished. Buddha’s famous dying words were, “Strive without ceasing, but the last words of Jesus were “It is finished.” Buddha was just missing the final component, that key to bliss. Don’t ever leave your drive behind, but also remember that without rest and renewal, we can never reach that place of peace! The universe truly does have a plan for each of us. So rest for a moment, and know that while you shouldn’t stop striving, you also need to trust in the forces that be and know that they have you, they love you, and they need you.
