Monday Madness

Leg Day is here! Let’s tackle it like a boss!! We got this! We can do it! We go hard, do as many rounds as we can and Crank up the tunes to push through! Burnout those legs! Don’t forget to breathe! Even when you think you can’t do anymore, do one… more… round…one…more…rep…one more for you! Push it until you can’t push anymore, Then BE PROUD AND PAT YOURSELF ON THE BACK! YOU DID IT! WE DID IT! Now go get some protein in your body and recover and shower off! If you don’t need a shower then you didn’t push hard enough. Sweat those toxins, fears, and the old you out! Go do another round with and this time push harder and use heavier weights. I Promise you won’t bulk out. Muscle eats fat!  #MakeYourselfProud #BeABoss

TODAYS MOTIVATION: Weight training teaches us so any life lessons. It teaches us not to give up when the going gets tough, it teaches us to push through the hard times and to come out proud of ourselves in the end. Feeling better than we ever have, knowing the battle we just went through, and won. Weight training is winning, again and again. It’s something to be proud of. It’s something attainable that we can have that win every single day. Even when we don’t feel like we are winning in any other area of our lives. We Win Here.

Resistance is everywhere in life. No matter what we are doing. Any life change, any time we step out of our comfort zone. Anytime we choose to grow, we will meet resistance. But, don’t look at it as a bad thing.

Resistance is what CREATES Beauty!

We start beating resistance right here in the gym. We start choosing our resistances to battle. Look at them with a determined “Challenge Accepted Attitude.” We learn to push through. When we think we can’t go any further and we do. We are Proud. Those are wins. and Wins feel good. The only competition here is ourselves and we CAN win. We can be a little bit better than we were yesterday, last time, last week. We can push a little harder than last time, We can dig a little deeper than last time. Every time we push through in the gym, on the run, in whatever we are doing, it is a win in life. Pay attention to when the “give up” thought comes in and tell it NO and BEAT IT. Every time. Do one more. Do two more. Do ten more. Just beat it.  – Sing the song if you have to! ha!

Resistance creates Strength

 Every time we beat resistance we get stronger and stronger. What we used to fear doesn’t even bother us anymore. What used to be a resistance we look forward to now.  We told it, no, and to get lost. We showed it that it has no power over us. We won. And when resistances in life get huge, we learn to deal with them so much better, all because we learned how to deal with the little ones, just by adding weights in the gym, doing one more mile, one more rep, one more round.

Everything in our lives is connected.
Strength is Strength.
Weakness is Weakness.
Choose to become Strong.
And conquer your whole world!

Make your world work for you – not against you. Push through all resistance and live a life of ease!  <3
