Monday Madness- Week 2

Monday Madness-2MONDAY IS LEG DAY!!!! YAYYYY (It’s our favorite) DO as many rounds as you can. I let you in on a little secret….  the more rounds you do…. the less sore you will be. We did one round last week and were awesomely sore! This week we will be doing all 3 rounds to make sure muscles are warm and loose to keep from being so sore. PLUS we are WAYY stronger than last week! We all want those rocking legs right? The more we do the faster they come. Come to the gym ready to give your self the gift of legs you are proud of not legs you are ashamed of. Be ready to show them off soon! Give your self the very, very best. EVERY TIME.

Todays Motivation: Before you start… Close your eyes and Imagine yourself as this strong, sexy, beautiful, confident person who is everything he/she has ever wanted to be. Imagine how it would feel inside when you walk into a room and someone is like DAD GUMM LOOK AT THEM LEGS!… or some other similar compliment.. what ever would make you feel amazing. 

But just imagine, take a deep breath, get that picture of that AMAZINGLY AWESOME YOU in your head, be as specific as possible all the way to what you’re wearing, how your feeling, smells, sights, people’s glowing faces when they see you. The double take, Got it? Now, get that picture and pump out a round.

A great body takes incredible work and discipline; it is something that you can be proud of.
Do you know why? Because YOU did this. NO one else.
NO matter how many more lunges the guy over there does.
It will not make your legs look any better. It is all you and your hard work.

 Our bodies are a direct reflection of the work, or lack of, that WE put into them.
It is 100% OUR OWN responsibility, so lets give it our 110% best – every single time. 

Every time you feel discouraged or the “I want to stop” voice comes into your head, you can say “NO- I am the Boss!” (I call her Felicia, “Bye Felicia”) Now, Get that Focus back and get that picture back in your head and take control – Focus on having LEGS FOR DAYS instead!  Let’s face it… The “I Quit” monster (Felicia) has never benefited your life, or served your goals anyways ¯(ツ)
