Monday Madness- Week 3

LEG DAYYYY!!! WEEK 3!!! TURN IT UP!! Ohhhh it feels ohhh sooooo good! GIVE IT YOUR ALL!!! Don’t let your head talk you out it! Knock out all 3 rounds!! It’s not an option anymore. Warm up is key as is stretching as needed between sets. Feel the muscles your working. LOVE IT!

TODAYS MOTIVATION: This is YOUR time, YOUR body. No one can make you feel good and look good except you. You are the boss of your body, expect more from it! Push it hard and don’t let your mind make excuses and let it off the hook. Your body will THANK YOU!

Big changes come from setting goals and ROCKING big challenges like a BOSS! Fitness starts in your head, then your heart, then your body! Get your mindset in the right place. You must have goals set and written down! Tracking your progress is key! Take pictures, measure, write down weights lifted.

You will SMASH that goal and then set a new one. Set a big goal, with mini goals each week that will help you get there. What weight do you want to be able to squat in 30 days? Write down the end date. Set mini lifting goals to get you to the final goal. You got this!
