Saturday Challenge – Week 1

It’s Saturday Baby! How do you feel after the fit test? Are you sore? I am a little! How many did you do of each? How many rounds did you knock out? Either way you found your starting place and you’re going UP, UP,UP from here! Now if you missed it yesterday, no worries, do it today before you do todays challenge. When you get to the mile part start todays Challenge. 2 Birds 1 stone 🙂

Find a way to make fitness a part of your life. It is the best anti-depressant in the world and you will be so proud of yourself that you did. That you did something for you. By taking care of yourself you will become a better parent, a better spouse, a better friend, a better co-worker. The Happy endorphins kick in at around 15 minutes… (that’s after the “i dont want to do this” voice who starts his crap at about 8-12 min comes along, who will win? you or him? BREAKTHROUGH!! YOU CAN DO IT!  🙂 The Longer you go after 15 minutes the happier and happier you will feel! 

This ones for you baby! Make it Awesome! How fast was your mile? was it faster than yesterday? Did you Run at 30, 40 or 50 steps? What was your Jam? Share it with the Tribe. Make us proud, but most of all MAKE YOU PROUD!
