Stop punishing me.

Stop punishing me because I’m fat.

Stop punishing me because I’m skinny.

Stop punishing me because I’m pretty.

Stop punishing me because I’m ugly.

Stop punishing me because I’m white.

Stop punishing me because I’m black.

Stop punishing me because I’m freckled.

Stop punishing me because I’m different than you.

Stop punishing me because I’m Christian.

Stop punishing me because I’m Muslim.

Stop punishing me because I’m Republican.

Stop punishing me because I’m a Democrat.

Stop punishing me because I’m a Dreamer

Stop punishing me because I’m not.

Stop punishing me because I think differently than you.

Stop punishing me because I’m young.

Stop punishing me because I’m old.

Stop punishing me because I’m fun.

Stop punishing me because I’m focused.

Stop punishing me because I have a family.

Stop punishing me because I don’t.

Stop punishing me because I’m married.

Stop punishing me because I’m not.

Stop punishing me because my life is different than yours.

Stop punishing me because I wear make up. Stop punishing me because I don’t.

Stop punishing me because I dress up.

Stop punishing me because I don’t.

Stop punishing me because I Fix up.

Stop punishing me because I don’t.

Stop punishing me because I fix up different than you.

Stop punishing me because I have a fancy job.

Stop punishing me because I have a fancy car.

Stop punishing me because I have a fancy house.

Stop punishing me because I have nice things.

Stop punishing me for things that are also available to you.

Stop punishing me for going through a rough patch.

Stop punishing me because I need help.

Stop punishing me because I am doing the best I can.

Stop punishing me because I haven’t got it all figured out yet.

Stop punishing me for needing help to get by.

Stop punishing you for the reflection in the mirror.

Stop punishing you for the number on the scale.

Stop punishing you for being tired.

Stop punishing you for needing help.

Stop punishing you for goals you have not made it to yet.

Stop punishing you for not being where you wanted to be by now.

Stop punishing you for….everything.

Just stop.

Start a movement of LOVE instead. Start by loving yourself in everything and then start loving everyone else for all that they are.

Start LOVING you for….everything.

Start LOVING you for going to where you want to be.

Start LOVING you for the goals you are going to accomplish.

Start LOVING you and asking for help.

Start LOVING you and go to bed early.

Start LOVING you and throw away the scale.

Start LOVING you for the beautiful reflection in the mirror.

Then overflow that LOVE into and onto others.

Start LOVING others by offering help to get by.

Start LOVING others by mentoring those who haven’t got it all figured out yet.

Start LOVING others by helping them do the best they can.

Start LOVING others by letting them know we all need help sometimes.

Start LOVING others by showing them they are not alone in their rough patch.

Be grateful in the differences of others.

Be thankful because we are all different.

Fat, skinny, beautiful, ugly, black, white, freckled… are labels and they aren’t real. They’re all fake and comparing! STOP IT. Comparison is the thief of all joy! There will always be someone fatter, prettier, uglier, blacker, whiter, than you.

LABELS ARE FOR CANS NOT PEOPLE.

Be appreciative of different view points.

Christian, Muslim, Republican, Democrat, Dreamer, workers. None are right and none are wrong. Even if you think you are right, you are still following it to your own understanding which is different than the others in your religion, party, or life. Sit down and talk about it all, find what is the same and what is different. Listen to each other of why you believe this or that and maybe you will both come out with a new idea, or at the very least realizing that you’re not that different after all.

Thank others for thinking differently than you, this is how new ideas are made, new discoveries are found and peace rules.

Appreciate and accept people for who they are, for what they remind you of that is inside of you, which is changing every single day. The young bring back memories and the old have wisdom. If the old poured into the young and allowed the young to teach them. The whole world would be a better place.

Thank those whose life is different than yours. They are offering you contrast and perspective.

Life is ever changing. Everything we take for granted right now could all be taken away from us at the blink of an eye. Everything we have right now, is something that someone else is praying for. Enjoy all the stages.

Life… it is all one thing.

Fixing up and wearing make up does not mean someone loves themself more or less. The real question is, why is it bothering you? Why do you care if that girl is wearing make up or high heels, or if shes in blue jeans and boots? If it makes her feel good and bring joy to the world, why is it bothering you? Celebrate others differences. Do what makes you feel confident and share love with others.

Be-You-til-Full

Thank those who have fancy cars, homes and jobs. They show you what is possible. Check out their life and notice what they did to get there. If it is something you want, are you working hard enough to get there? Everything in the world is available to you if you want it. Figure out what your dreams are and work towards them. If you want fancy cars, figure out what you need to do to have one. If you want to travel the world, what do you need to do to be able to? Is it a traveling job, becoming a missionary, a flight attendant, a tour guide, a doctor or nurse without borders.

Figure out what you want and go get it tiger.

Punishing yourself or anyone else will never get you anywhere that you want to go. It will hinder you from every blessing, relationship and opportunity coming your way.

No one ever hated their way to happiness.

Love and only love, will get us there.

Stop punishing, start accepting and you will stop being punished and start being accepted.
