TODAYS REAL CHALLENGE:
SIGN UP FOR A 5K (hopefully in the next 30 Days) – Download a Couch to 5K app, and start running. Today’s workout will help you be ready for it! Add today’s workout to the other workouts during the week and you will be completely morphing into beast mode by the end of this 30 Day challenge! Do it with friends and family! HAVE A BLAST!
