Tear it up Tuesday! Week 2! Do what you can and be proud of it!!
This week we push a little harder and try variations to work the different muscles.
Todays Motivation: Look in the mirror and wave! That’s all it takes to want to get your arms toned and tighter! Do it again after the workout and see the instant differences! AHHH So much better isn’t it!
P.S. If you can’t do a pull up (yet) dont feel so bad. Do it with your feet on a chair using only what you need to spot you, to get up there using your legs less and less as you gain strength.
Did you know that less than 5% of women can actually do a proper pull up and less than 20% of men? So don’t feel so bad! But YOU CAN however, choose to be in that small percent of 5 or 10% of AWESOME PEOPLE! YOU GO THIS! Bring it! (insert rocky song here, hehe)
