WORK IT OUT WEDNESDAY: Go through each segment today a couple times before your ready to move on to the next line. Make sure you do both sides equally and let all the tensions go. Breathe through the moves and flow with ease!

TODAYS MOTIVATION: FLOW… How would you say your life flows? Like a peaceful river or more like the worlds craziest rollercoaster? Today while you’re doing your yoga flow think of all the things that flow with EASE in your life, DWELL on those things… With exhales breathe out stresses and inhales bring in ENERGY and CLARITY.

When you’re finished today, think of the things that maybe don’t flow so well in your life, write them all down. Then for each, think of 3 ways you can smooth the bumps, lumps and jumps out. Daily start working out those kinks that disrupt the flow of your life. #LifeOfEase #30DayChalllenge #BetterMeTribe#Flow
